Weighted Vest



I started walking with a weighted vest this summer because weight training is so super important! But on beautiful summer days, I’d rather be outside than in my basement lifting weights. I always walk, but I have a nagging sense of neglect if I don’t weight train beyond walking even though walking is a weight bearing activity. In my opinion, weight training is the most underleveraged exercise by women of all ages. Build bone density NOW and make it a regular part of your life. Your 50-year-old self will thank you.
